Getting Started

What is Stable Bridge?+

Stable Bridge lets registered users deposit supported USDT and request INR withdrawals to their bank accounts.

Which USDT networks are supported?+

The deposit page currently supports USDT on TRC20, BEP20, and ERC20. Always send funds using the exact network selected on the payment screen.

When is my deposit credited?+

Deposits are credited after the payment provider and blockchain network confirm the transaction. You can follow the latest status from Deposit History.

Bank Withdrawals

What is the minimum withdrawal?+

The minimum withdrawal is 50 USDT.

How is the INR amount calculated?+

The active exchange-rate slab is selected automatically from your USDT amount. The estimated INR credit is shown before you submit the request, and the server verifies the rate again.

What is the daily bank-account limit?+

Pending and approved withdrawals are limited to a combined ₹1,00,000 per bank account per Indian bank working day. The limit is applied using the account number and IFSC code.

Why is there a ₹1,00,000 limit per bank account?+

The per-account limit helps us manage payout volumes responsibly, reduce avoidable banking delays, and process withdrawals in a more predictable order. It also gives our team time to verify payment details and resolve exceptions without affecting other customer payouts, supporting smoother and more timely processing.

What happens on Sundays or bank holidays?+

You can still submit a withdrawal. It counts toward the next Indian bank working day's ₹1,00,000 bank-account limit.

Which bank deposit methods do you use for INR payouts?+

We process INR payouts through cash deposit machines (CDMs) or direct cash deposits into the beneficiary bank account, depending on availability.

Can my bank account be frozen?+

Stable Bridge follows a controlled and transparent payout process designed to minimize banking risks. INR payouts are made through offline bank-deposit methods where available, and every withdrawal request is recorded for transparency. Final account-monitoring decisions remain with your bank, but following normal banking guidelines and avoiding unrelated third-party transfers can help keep your account secure.

How long does a withdrawal take?+

The standard processing time is within 24 working hours. Bank holidays and non-working days are not included in this period.

What if my money does not arrive within 24 working hours?+

If your payout has not arrived after 24 working hours, create a support ticket from your dashboard so our team can investigate it. If the payout cannot be completed because of banking restrictions or another verified processing issue, the withdrawal will be cancelled and the reserved USDT will be returned to your available Stable Bridge balance.

How many bank accounts can I save?+

You can securely save up to five bank accounts from Profile Settings and select any saved account while requesting a withdrawal.

Why was my withdrawal rejected?+

A request may be rejected because of invalid bank details, insufficient available balance, the daily bank-account limit, or a security review. Check Withdrawal History or contact support for details.

Account and Support

Why are some funds shown as on hold?+

USDT for pending withdrawals is reserved until the request is approved or rejected. Reserved funds cannot be used for another withdrawal.

How do I update incorrect bank details?+

Open Profile Settings, remove the incorrect saved account, and add it again with the correct account holder, bank, branch, account number, and IFSC details.

How do I set up two-factor authentication (2FA)?+

Open Profile Settings and go to Security. Read and accept the account lockout warning, select Enable 2FA, scan the QR code with your authenticator app, and enter the generated 6-digit code to finish setup.

What if I lose access to my authenticator app?+

If you lose access to your authenticator app or delete the Stable Bridge entry, contact support to regain access to your account.

How do I contact support?+

Use the Support page in your dashboard or email support@stable-bridge.com. Never share your password, OTP, or wallet recovery phrase.
